5W30 mit LongLife?

Hallo,

bin eben von meinen Händler zurück, der bietet mir aufgrund des Relativ hohen Ölverbrauchs 5W30 an und das mit LongLife Service
Fährt einer von euch dieses Öl und kann etwas über den Öl Verbrauch sagen?
Außerdem suche ich eine Handyschale für ein Sony-Ericsson wer kennt eine Günstige Bezugsquelle?

soweit ich weiss, geht LongLife-Service und nur mit 0W-LongLife-Öl??

...das 0W-Öl ist für den LongLife-Service konstruiert worden!!

Würde mich nur interessieren, ob die neuen VW-Normen abwärtskompatibel sund und also
das Öl auch an Stelle des LL II 0W30 eingefüllt werden kann.

Hallo Zusammen,

mane2 hat recht! Der LongLife-Service von VW hat ausschließlich Freigaben für Öle mit einer Viskosität von 0W-30. Die VW-Normen sind nicht abwärtskompatibel.

Wenn Du unter dem von Dir angegebenen Öl schaust, ist auch kene VW-Norm 502 00 oder 505 00 aufgeführt. Nur diese Öle sind, wenn ich es noch richtig weiß, von VW für die Verwendung mit dem LongLife-Service beim T5 freigegeben.

Bei Verwendung anderer Öle kann unter Umständen die Gewährleistung gefährdet sein.

frag ich mich doch wieso bietet mir meine Werkstadt so etwas an, wenn es keine Freigabe gibt wollen die mich vera…?
hab allerdings noch was gefunden zwar für Fahrzeuge mit Partikelfilter aber dafür mit Freigabe 507.00

Das war ja meine Frage, wenn sich auch das "sind" in ein "sund" verwundelt hat . Es gibt eben zwei neue VW-Normen (504.x für Benziner und 507.x für Diesel oder bei meiner Vergesslichkeit kanns auch andersrum sein) die das genannte 5W30 erfüllt und zwar für WIV also Longlife-Service.
In meinem T5 ist in der Tat 0W30 drin aber nach der Norm 503.00 / 506.00, enenfalls mit WIV.

ich wußte ja schon immer, daß die Schmauchpartikel (Feinstaub ), die das Öl beim Diesel so schön schwarz färben, unverzichtbarer Bestandteil des Schmierprzesses sind............

AW: 5W30 mit LongLife?

Hallo zusammen, Norm 507 (Longlife 3) benutzt 5W30. Ich habe Touran TDI (BJ Ende 2005) und benutzt Motoröl von Norm 507. Über Rückwärtskompatibilität bin ich auch direkt von VW-Zentrum in NRW informiert, dass Motoröl von Norm 506.x (Longlife 2) ohne Gewährleistungsverlust für Touran TDI benutzt werden darf. Und es steht auch so in dem Handbuch des Wagens. Übrigens, sofern ich weiss, Longlife 2 oder 3 ist für sowohl Diesel als auch Benzin-Motoren geeignet (kein Unterschied). My 2 cents!
