navigation system model

i have a T5 (kastenwagen) since one week, there is a navigation system :

i want to know, what is this 3DIN model ? blaupunkt?

i'd like to connect either a mp3 cd charger if it's possible, or the VW 6 CD changer .

Hi,

welcome to the board!

The maker of the MFD is Blaupunkt, but you can't get any information from them concerning the navigation systems they build for VW. I tried this because the software of my MFD was faulty

You can hook up the original VW cd changer only, any other doesn't work. Even the original Blaupunkt cd changers don't.

If you want to play MP3's, the only way to go is the PhatBox. If you can read german, there are some useful hints and informations here in the board, for example here and here. Or you go on http://www.phatnoise.com
